Quality checks

The rules we implemented for quality of recruitment in FGDs and DIs are

1. Last minute recruitment is not acceptable. The recruitment should finish at least 5 days before the group /DI

2. Do back check over phone/web 2.0./internet to get more details about respondents

3. Do additional screening based on subject of discussion (this is a must if you do groups/DIs in medical, IT, telecom etc)

4 Categorise the selected respondents to A,B and C. "A" selected, "B" reserve and "C" rejected

5 Pay additional incentive to the recruiter for each "A category" participant

6 Recheck screening just before the group/DI and select one if two persons knows/relates each other

7. Allot seat for each if its a group (don't allow them to sit according to their wish. It will results in groups inside the group for females/males/youngsters etc)

Do steps 6 and 7 along with client, if they are present in the venue
